“Cellar to Cellar” is owned and operated by Janice Kiichli, a long-time local resident and an avid enthusiast of San Luis Obispo County wines. Kiichli worked for United Parcel Service for 21 years before founding “Cellar to Cellar”, and her experience at UPS included everything from driving and delivery to management and route mapping. Friends refer to her as “a walking Thomas Guide” for her extensive knowledge of the San Luis Obispo County area — knowledge which translates into personal, friendly, efficient service for “Cellar to Cellar” customers.

Respect for Wines
Other carriers view a box as a box. Not “Cellar to Cellar”. Wine is precious cargo that deserves special handling, and that’s the kind of treatment it will get at “Cellar to Cellar”. Because “Cellar to Cellar” is a sole proprietorship, your wine receives personal attention and FAR LESS HANDLING than with other companies. Your wine isn’t jostled around in and out of trucks, up and down conveyor belts, or all around the county on hot summer days. Your wine is picked up and delivered in a REFRIGERATED VAN, and stored in a climate controlled storage facility between delivery attempts.

“Cellar to Cellar” is a small, specialized service that can offer a flexible, customized delivery approach.
